Frequently Asked Questions

  • Guests should be checking in on April 27th as we will have a welcome dinner that evening. Check in is at 2pm, but guests can request an early check in. 

     

    The wedding ceremony will be in the evening on April 28th. April 29th will be treated as a more open day for guests - we just want to relax and have a vacation with all our loved ones! We will be checking out on April 30th.

     

    The hotel has allowed a 2 night minimum stay, so guests can choose to check out on April 29th or on April 30th. Please note that the 2 night minimum stay requires a booking in the Deluxe Sea View Room (or a higher category), otherwise you will need to stay for a minimum of 3 nights.

  • We recommend flying to Bodrum through Istanbul. Istanbul has two international airports (IST and SAW) that guests can fly into, and Bodrum is a short flight from there.

  • The resort is a 15 min drive from the airport. Guests can take a cab from the airport to the location.

  • All events are at the resort.

  • The weather is expected to be warm during the day, and chilly in the evening (13-21 C/55-70F). We recommend ensuring you have a light sweater/shawl packed with you.

  • Guests are welcome to wear eastern or western attire throughout the wedding. 

     

    Welcome Dinner: Semi-formal. Eastern/Western attire.

    Wedding: Formal. Eastern/Western attire. If you are wearing western attire, please ensure you have a shawl/scarf to cover your head (for ladies) during the ceremony.

    Relaxation Day: whatever you want!

     

    If you would like to wear eastern attire but don’t know where to order from, please reach out to Manal.

  • The resort has a kids club with a range of facilities and activities.

  • The resort is all-inclusive with many restaurants to choose from. 


    Please note- the only food that is not included is room service. But the resort has a 24/7 bistro for late night eats!

  • Yes! We will ensure there are vegan and vegetarian options, but please inform Manal if you have any allergies/intolerances

  • The resort is a 30 minute drive from the heart of Bodrum. Guests are free to set out to explore in the morning on April 28th (as the ceremony will be at 6pm in the evening) or on April 29th.

  • Please see the information relevant to your passport below:

    American/Canadian/EU: No visa needed

     

    Please research the requirements for a visa with your passport and the expected timelines for a Turkish visa application.

  • We do not expect any gifts—having our loved ones travel to celebrate with us is already the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you feel inclined to give, a monetary gift would be deeply appreciated and is in keeping with our cultural traditions.
